What’s the difference between the free analyses and the “baseline” I get when I subscribe?

A free analysis looks at a single meeting and gives you that meeting’s coaching. Your Leadership Communication Baseline is a deeper, cross-meeting assessment — it looks across several of your meetings to establish where you’re starting from, so every later analysis can track your progress against it. The free trial includes two single-meeting analyses; the baseline (the multi-meeting assessment) unlocks when you subscribe.

Does “unlimited analyses” really mean unlimited?

There’s no monthly cap on a paid plan. The only limit is a fair-use ceiling of 20 analyses per hour, per person, to prevent abuse and runaway cost — in normal use you won’t hit it (that’s one meeting every three minutes).

On the Organization plan, do I pay for five people even if my team is smaller?

Yes — Organization has a five-seat minimum. It’s priced for the team capabilities it adds (shared team & role management, coach/team-lead views, SSO, org-wide controls, bring-your-own-LLM), not as a per-seat discount: for a small team, Individual seats can actually cost less per person (the per-seat rates converge around ten people). Choose Organization when you need those team features; below that, Individual seats are usually the better value.

If I bring my own LLM, does it cost more — and what changes?

It’s a configuration option, not a paid add-on — same price. It doesn’t change what Myc does: Myc still builds the (redacted) request and stores the structured coaching result in its database. What changes is that the LLM call is made with your API key, so the request and response run through your AI provider account under your contract’s retention terms instead of ours. Redaction is unchanged either way — transcripts are stripped of personal details before the request is built.
