Myc sits on the leadership-development shelf, not the meeting-tools shelf — coaching that shows up in every meeting, between sessions, for a fraction of the cost of an hour of executive coaching. Begin with a free baseline; subscribe when you want it ongoing.

How it’s hosted — and who can see your data
Every plan runs on one of three deployment models. Most start hosted; teams and firms with stricter requirements choose BYO or self-host.
Vendor-Hosted
We run it; we provide the AI key.
The standard option. Transcripts are PII-redacted before any AI call, OpenAI doesn’t train on your data, content is encrypted at rest, and each organization is isolated. The right default for most individuals and teams.
BYO LLM Endpoint
You bring your own AI provider.
Route analysis through your own contract — Azure OpenAI, an enterprise OpenAI key, an OpenAI-compatible proxy, or Anthropic-direct. Transcripts touch only your provider, not ours. Your key is encrypted at rest.
Fully Self-Hosted
Runs entirely in your infrastructure.
Stand up the whole Myc stack in your own VPC with the turnkey installer. Transcripts never leave your perimeter — for teams that require true vendor-zero-knowledge.
Hosted plans start free, no card. BYO-endpoint and self-host options are set up with you — book a walkthrough to scope a trial.
Pricing FAQ
- What transcript do I need?
- A text transcript of a real meeting — exported from Zoom, Teams, Meet, Otter, or Fathom, or pasted from your own notes. No bot joins your call.
- Does a bot join my meeting?
- No. Myc never joins or records a live call. You upload transcripts you already have, and you choose which ones.
- Will my employer see my analysis?
- No. An individual account is private to you. In a team or cohort, the organization sees only consent-gated, aggregate insight — never your individual report unless you choose to share it.
- What happens to sensitive information?
- Every transcript is PII-redacted with Microsoft Presidio before any AI call, and you can view exactly what was sent, and OpenAI never trains on your data. You decide what not to upload.
- Can I use this with my team?
- Yes — the Team / Cohort plan runs a low-risk pilot with private coaching per manager and consent-gated aggregate insight. Book a walkthrough to scope it.
- Can my coach use this with me?
- Yes. Coaches run Myc on a neutral, client-ready brand and share analyses with you to work through together.
- Why not just use ChatGPT?
- A consistent role-aware framework, evidence discipline (it won’t score without evidence), longitudinal tracking, a real privacy posture, and a design built by a practicing coach — not a one-off opinion.
